2. About Ceylon Aroma
Ceylon Aroma Commodities Exports (Private) Limited is a Sri Lankan exporter of premium spices, teas, coffee, aromatic oils and natural products. Our registered office is located at No: F – 05, New City Building, Nidahas Mawatha, Kegalle, Sri Lanka.
3. Products and Quotations
All product descriptions, specifications and pricing displayed on this website are for information purposes only and are subject to change without notice. A confirmed quotation issued by our export team constitutes the binding offer. Prices are quoted EXW (Ex-Works) Kegalle unless otherwise stated. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities) apply and are specified per product.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order and agreed payment terms. Standard payment terms are 50% advance and 50% against copy of shipping documents (TT). Letters of Credit (LC) are accepted for orders above agreed thresholds. All prices are in the agreed currency as stated in the commercial invoice.
5. Export and Shipping
Ceylon Aroma will provide all required export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and any product-specific certifications as agreed. Lead times are indicative and subject to production and port scheduling. Ceylon Aroma will not be liable for delays caused by port congestion, force majeure, or regulatory clearances outside Sri Lanka.
6. Quality and Returns
All products are quality-controlled to agreed specifications before shipment. Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, supported by independent laboratory analysis. Returns are not accepted once goods have cleared customs at the destination. Claims are limited to the invoice value of the disputed goods.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photographs and brand materials — is the property of Ceylon Aroma Commodities Exports (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Reproduction or use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceylon Aroma shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
